Tres Vistas

We realized the importance of creating an iconic building, easily identifiable, an icon for the city. Contemporary but without following any style. A building with such a clear idea that seems an old acquaintance.

The building has three main uses: commercial, residential and office. Regarding commercial use is obvious to say that the best place to locate it is near the entrance level. Regarding the other two uses, they must accommodate 14,000 m2 in 12 levels.

The most efficient way to split this volume is in three buildings, to enhance better lighting and ventilation.

Our first idea is to make all components relate, (three buildings) with a common element that contains them. We chose a band of concrete that is both a wall, floor, roof and that gives unity to the whole composition.
